These terms apply to the current Helper Bot private beta and may be revised before any commercial release. Downloading, installing, or using the beta means you agree to these beta terms.

Beta software status

Helper Bot is pre-release software. Features may change, defects and interruptions may occur, documentation may be updated, and stable availability is not guaranteed.

Permitted use

You may use the beta for reasonable personal or professional evaluation and testing, subject to applicable laws, policies, and permissions. These terms do not grant ownership of the application or its source code.

Responsible use

Use the beta only where you have permission.

Prohibited use

  • Unlawful, deceptive, or harmful use
  • Use intended to violate another person's privacy
  • Bypassing meeting, workplace, interview, or platform rules
  • Processing information you are not authorized to use
  • Extracting, abusing, attacking, or disrupting services

Meeting consent and policies

You are responsible for determining whether consent, disclosure, or permission is required before using meeting-audio or transcription features.

User-supplied information

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of information you import, having permission to use uploaded or entered material, not entering confidential information without authorization, and protecting your credentials.

Third-party services and costs

Helper Bot may rely on third-party services configured by the user, including speech-recognition and AI providers. Third-party terms may apply, users may incur provider charges, availability may depend on those services, and Helper Bot does not control third-party service operation.

Generated suggestions

Answer suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or inappropriate. Review suggestions before relying on them. You remain responsible for what you say, send, or use.

Beta access, distribution, features, or documentation may be changed, paused, or withdrawn during testing.

Feedback

You may submit feedback through the public feedback form. Do not include:

  • API keys
  • Passwords
  • Confidential transcripts
  • Private documents
  • Personal information you are not authorized to share
